The vehicles area keeps each vehicle record in one place. Use it for the main details, key dates, and any supporting documents.

Clear vehicle records make it easier to stay ahead of compliance and find the right information later.

Common workflows

Add a new vehicle

Create the vehicle record, add the main details, and make it easy to find later.

Review upcoming vehicle dates

Check the key dates so nothing important is missed.

Steps

Create the vehicle record

Web app -> More -> Vehicles -> New vehicle
  1. 1Open `More`, then `Vehicles`, and create a new vehicle record.
  2. 2Add the main details such as name, registration, and any notes you need to keep.
  3. 3Save the record once the vehicle is easy to identify.

Update compliance dates

Vehicle detail -> Compliance dates
  1. 1Open the vehicle you want to work on.
  2. 2Update the MOT, tax, insurance, or next service date.
  3. 3Save the change so the vehicle record stays current.

Review the full vehicle record

Vehicles -> Vehicle detail
  1. 1Use the vehicle list to find the record you need.
  2. 2Open the detail page to review dates, notes, and documents.
  3. 3Update the record when something changes rather than keeping it in separate notes.

Tips

  • Keep vehicle names and registrations consistent so they are easy to find.
  • Update key dates as soon as they change.
  • Use one vehicle record per vehicle rather than spreading details across separate notes.
