What this guide covers
- How to open the right date and view.
- How to filter the schedule by assignee, client, site, and status.
- How to move from schedule oversight into job work.
How it works
The web schedule is the oversight view for owners and admins. It is where you check what is booked, what has changed, and what needs attention next.
Use filters to narrow fast, then open the linked job or site detail when you need to edit the work rather than staying in a broad calendar view.
Common workflows
Review today at a glance
Open the day, filter to the right people or clients, and spot gaps, clashes, or incomplete work quickly.
Check planned work before the week starts
Move through upcoming dates, confirm assignments, and follow linked jobs when detail needs changing.
Steps
Open the day or week you need
Web HQ -> Schedule- 1Open `Schedule` from the left-hand nav.
- 2Use the date controls to move to the correct day or week.
- 3Switch view if needed so the screen matches the planning question you are answering.
Filter the schedule fast
Schedule -> Show filters- 1Select `Show filters` when you want to narrow the list without leaving the page.
- 2Filter by assignee, client, site, or status depending on what you need to review.
- 3Clear back to the broad view when you are done so you do not stay stuck in a narrow slice of the week.
Open the linked work
Schedule -> Job detail- 1Select the job you want to inspect.
- 2Use the linked detail page to adjust timings, assignments, notes, or site context.
- 3Return to the schedule to confirm the wider week still looks right.
Tips and gotchas
- Use the schedule for oversight, not as the only place to edit everything.
- If the view feels noisy, filter by assignee or client before making changes.
- For recurring planning, treat the schedule as the execution view and use the recurring workflow when the template itself needs updating.
