What this guide covers
- How to open your day from the Schedule tab.
- How to move between dates.
- How to jump from schedule into a live job.
How it works
The mobile schedule is the field view. It keeps the day clear and focused so staff can see what is next without carrying the full admin workspace.
When a job needs action, open it from the schedule rather than trying to manage everything from the list alone.
Common workflows
Start the day on one screen
Open the app, check today, and work through assigned jobs in order.
Look ahead without losing today
Move to tomorrow or later in the week when you need a quick preview of upcoming work.
Steps
Open your day
Mobile app -> Schedule tab- 1Open the `Schedule` tab from the bottom bar.
- 2Check the selected date at the top of the screen.
- 3Scan the job list for the next stop, priority changes, or queued offline updates.
Move between dates
Schedule -> Date controls- 1Use the day controls to move forward or back.
- 2Jump back to today when you want to reset quickly.
- 3Open the job from the day you care about instead of trying to remember it for later.
Open work from the schedule
Schedule -> Job row- 1Tap the job row you need.
- 2Review the job detail, location, and access notes.
- 3Use the job actions from there to start, complete, or flag issues based on your organisation settings.
Tips and gotchas
- Use the schedule as your launch point for the day, then do the real action inside the job page.
- If signal is weak, let cached schedule data load first before retrying refresh.
- Admins using mobile should still use web HQ for wider schedule oversight and planning changes.
