What this guide covers
- How to review timesheets by week.
- How to add or correct entries and notes.
- How to manage timesheets from the web app.
How it works
The web app is where office staff review the week, tidy entries, and check notes.
It works whether staff entered their own time on mobile or the office is managing timesheets centrally.
Common workflows
Review the current week
Open the week, scan for gaps or odd entries, and fix issues before payroll or billing.
Tidy the week
Update entries or notes when the office needs to finish or correct the record.
Steps
Open the right week
Web app -> Timesheets- 1Open `Timesheets` from the main nav.
- 2Use the week controls to move to the correct period.
- 3Choose the team member or week view you want to review.
Add or correct entries
Timesheets -> Add or edit entry- 1Open the day or row that needs updating.
- 2Add the hours, job, and note clearly.
- 3Save the change and rescan the week so the totals still make sense.
Use notes to keep the record clear
Timesheets -> Day note- 1Add a day note when the team needs to explain what changed or why a day does not look normal.
- 2Review notes history if the week has already been adjusted more than once.
- 3Keep the note short and clear so it stays useful later.
Tips
- Review by week, not just by isolated entry, so odd totals stand out quickly.
- Use day notes for exceptions and context, not for repeating obvious information.
- If staff do not enter their own timesheets, use the web app as the main place to keep the week up to date.
- If the same time issue keeps happening, fix the way the work is being run as well as the record.
