Use mobile gallery when you need to capture what you found, what changed, or what was completed on-site. Photos are most useful when they stay attached to the right job.
A quick photo taken at the right time can save a lot of back-and-forth later, especially when the office or customer needs to check what happened.

Steps
Open the gallery or job photo action
Mobile app -> Gallery tab or job detail- 1Open the `Gallery` tab or the photo action from the job.
- 2Check that you are on the right job before adding images.
- 3Use the camera or photo picker to add the images you need.
Attach photos to the right work
Gallery -> Upload or job detail -> Gallery- 1Upload the photos while you are still on the job if you can.
- 2Make sure the images are attached to the correct job or site.
- 3Add a short note if the photo needs extra explanation.
Leave a clear visual record
Gallery -> Image list- 1Check that the uploaded images are visible after saving.
